Feb 02, 2021 Six Colchester neighbours are sharing a 'life-changing' prize of £210,000 won in the People's Postcode Lottery. Residents in CO4 0NY, in the St John's area of the town, were selected as the lucky. May 14, 2019 The big winners then lived in Bowerland Avenue in the TQ2 8QH postcode - and one winner who had two tickets walked away with £379,076. The TQ2 postcode area in Chelston, Torquay has struck gold. John and his wife Barbara Washington – with full postcode L35 9LQ – were the biggest winners of the July 2015 Postcode Lottery monthly drawing. Their lucky village of Rainhill shared the £3 million prize, and the Washingtons won £666,666 for having played two tickets. Alan Stanley, 75, was one of 1,781 neighbours from Hull who shared a £3m prize pot on Friday, January 8. The win comes after their postcode sector, HU7 4, was announced as the winner of People’s.
The People’s Postcode Lottery has revealed that one if its big winners is from York.
In a draw screened live on Facebook on Tuesday evening (18 June) one of the winning postcodes was revealed to be YO31 9 – which covers the areas of Heworth, Huntington, The Groves and Layerthorpe.

The full postcode and the lucky winner will be revealed on the People’s Postcode Lottery’s website on Friday 28 June at 7.30pm.So will the prize – they get a share of £3 million, with each winner claiming a six-figure sum.

People’s Postcode Lottery Presenters Danyl Johnson and Jeff Brazier will be visiting the city to present cheques to some of the happy winners.
